PredictLot provides AI-powered auction analysis and valuation services. Our Service analyzes auction listings and provides:

• Estimated market valuations
• Deal scoring and recommendations
• Investment projections
• Bidding strategy suggestions

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Important: All valuations, predictions, and recommendations provided by PredictLot are estimates based on AI analysis and historical data. They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Appraisals or professional valuations
• Guarantees of value or authenticity

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. Users should conduct their own research and consult professionals before making purchasing decisions.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

7. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Your analysis history will be retained for 30 days

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeFem Holding B.V. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from reliance on our analyses
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeFem Holding B.V. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
