Which auction platforms do you support?

PredictLot works with virtually any auction platform. We support Catawiki, eBay, Christie's, Sotheby's, Heritage Auctions, Bonhams, and 100+ more. You can also describe items manually without a URL.

How accurate are the valuations?

Our AI achieves approximately 94% accuracy based on post-auction verification. Each analysis includes a confidence score so you know how certain the AI is. However, all valuations are estimates and should not replace professional appraisals for high-value items.

What's included in an analysis?

Each analysis includes:

Yes! You can cancel anytime with one click from your account settings. No questions asked, no hidden fees. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

What are credit packs?

Credit packs are a pay-as-you-go option. Buy analysis credits in bulk at a discount and use them whenever you want - they never expire! Great for occasional users who don't need a monthly subscription.

Is there a browser extension?

Yes! Our Chrome browser extension lets you analyze items directly on auction websites with one click. No need to copy/paste URLs - just click the PredictLot icon on any auction page.

How do I install the extension?

Download the extension from the Chrome Web Store or from your account settings. After installation, you'll need to enter your API key (found in your account settings) to connect it to your account.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transfers. Your password is securely hashed, and we never store complete credit card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do you share my analysis data?

No. Your analyses are private and only visible to you. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI, but individual analyses are never shared or sold.
